Pre-set Denver likes to run.  #2 comes off of a zipper set by #5 and into a pick-and-pop.
Open post pick-and-roll with a rear middle ball screen set by #5.

From a Horns post entry, a help-side stagger double for #3 set by #'s 1 and 5.
Middle pick-and-roll from a 1-4 flat look.  #4 clears to the corner on his side and #2 rotates up.

Off of secondary break, a give and go by #1 with a back screen for #4.
An optional finish to the secondary break shown earlier.
