Sideline inbounds plays with two variations. Both
plays have #'s 4 and 5 setting a stagger double to get #1
open before setting a stagger double for #2 (inbounds
passer) who will cut from one side to the other.
The first variation is that #3 cuts to the wing on the same
side the ball was inbounded. The second variation is
that #3 goes to the corner opposite the side that the ball
was inbounded.
Set play with two variations based on how the defense plays
the first cutter. If the first cutter goes over the
top of the screen, #3 will curl to the basket and #4 will
pop out. #1 can pass to the cutter or the
screener.
If the second cutter goes under the screen, #3 will pop to
the slot area and receive the pass from #1 who will cut
away. When #3 receives the ball, #2 will make a flex
cut off of #5's back screen. #5 will pop to the slot
opposite #3 after #2 clears.
Secondary break play. #1 passes ahead to #2 and sets a
stagger double screen for #3 with #4 as the last screener.
#2 can either hit #5 on the post up or #3 coming off of the
stagger double.
Baseline inbounds play. #3 will set a screen so that
#5 can pop to the perimeter. Once #2 throws the ball
inbounds to #5, #2 will set a screen to get #3 open in the
corner for a jump shot.
