OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER

Off of secondary break, #1 forces the back cut by #5 then passes to #3.  #1 will cut to the corner on the same side as #3 and #4 will set a ball screen.

#4 steps out and sets a ball screen for #2 before rolling to the basket.  This is run after #1 passes to #2 and cuts to the corner opposite #2.

In transition, #5 sets a ball screen for #1 before popping to a spot on the perimeter.  #1 can enter to #2 in the post or throw it back to #5.

#1 enters the ball to #2 at the wing and all the players clear the side of the floor #2 is on to set up the isolation.

Sideline out of bounds.  #1 comes off of the down screen set by #5 to receive the ball then throws it back to #3 as he steps inbounds.  #3 will dribble to the other side and enter to #2 to set up their basic offensive action (i.e. pick and roll).

A pick-and-pop play designed to get Durant (#3) the ball for an open shot from the wing.  #1 comes off of the ball screen and #4 will pop once he clears.
