Side pick and roll with a help-side stagger double in transition.  #4 will set a ball screen for #1 then roll to the basket.  Meanwhile, #'s 3 and 5 will set a stagger double for #2.
Side pick and roll in transition.  #5 dives to the basket while #4 sets a ball screen for #1 before rolling to the basket.

Secondary break play.  #1 passes ahead to #3 then rubs off of #4 before coming off of a down screen set by #2.  #3 will pass to #5 who trails.  #5 will then pass to #1.
Double middle ball screen.  #'s 4 and 5 set a double middle ball screen for #1.  #4 will pop and #5 will roll to the basket.

Sideline out of bounds play.  #5 sets a down screen so that #1 can execute a zipper cut.  #3 flashes to the ball-side corner once #1 clears.  #2's options for the inbounds pass are to #1 on the zipper, #3 on the flash to the corner, or #5 posting up.
Ball screen in transition.  #4 sets a screen on the ball for #1 and #5 dives to the basket.  Once #1 clears the ball screen, #4 rolls to the basket and #5 will post up on the low block opposite the pick and roll.
