Middle pick and roll.  #5 sets the ball screen for #1 before rolling to the basket.  #4 rolls to the opposite low block and #3 pops to the wing.
Side pick and roll in transition.  #4 steps out and sets the ball screen for #1 then rolls to the basket.

Rear pick and roll from horns.  #5 steps out and sets the ball screen on #1 while #4 moves to the low block.  #5 will roll once #1 clears.
Handoff into a side pick and roll.  #1 works the handoff with #2 while #5 steps out and sets the ball screen for #2.

Baseline out of bounds play.  #5 sets a screen for #2 who cuts to the corner.  #4 sets a screen for #5.  The inbounds passer (#3) can hit #2 for the corner jumper, #5 for the lob, or #4 for the lay-up.
End of clock single-post pick and pop.  #5 steps out to set the ball screen for #1.  #1 will penetrate and can look for a lay-up or a jump shot for any of the other players on the perimeter.
