Horns set with a down screen.

Options:
1) Backdoor to #2.
2) Pinch post handoff to #1.
3) Pass to #3 coming off of the down screen set by #5.
4) Pass to #5 slipping off of the down screen.

 
#2 goes off of a baseline cut and looks for the backdoor from #4. #4 can hit him or pass to #1 and set up the "elevator" screen for #3.

On this play, #5 and #1 set a stagger double for #3. #4 can also hit #2 on the backdoor.
Another pinch post play from a Horns set. This one is for the point guard who comes off of #5's down screen on the opposite side. #2 floats high to the wing and is an option to get the ball from #4.
