 
This was a set play run off of the opening tip and is the
main continuity offense. The offense starts from a 2-3
high set with #1 passing ahead to #2 and cutting to the
corner. #5 will post up on the ball-side low block.
If #2 cannot feed the post, he will take the action to #3
and start the continuity. #2 will cut to the corner
and look to get the ball. #1 will cut up and trade
places with #3.
 
At any given moment, one of two things can happen.
First, the action can continue with #1 passing to #3 before
cutting to the opposite corner. The other is that the
help-side post (#5) steps out to set up the pick and roll
with #1 and #3 spots up. |
